ABOUT  ME:

I take a holistic approach to psychotherapy and I hold a deep reverence for the lived experiences of each individual I work with. Together we will seek and explore the themes, defenses, fantasies, relational patterns, and unconscious beliefs that play a role in forming your world to help support healing and lasting change.

My work is centered around you finding your voice, existential wonder, processing, and deepening your understanding of who you are. When in the presence of life’s complexities therapy can look like a depth-oriented approach that blends somatic processing with psychodynamics. I believe healing is not created through behaviors alone. The blend of psychodynamic and somatic therapy supports the journey of gentle trauma processing, sorting through adversity, exploring roles in relationships, attachments, pain points, and identity questions. Strengthening the mind and body connection allows us to listen to the reverberations of the past, shaping the noise into music for the future.
